I just wanted to send a quick note to express how pleasant our buying experience was at your furniture store. Your salesman, Bill Green, was one of the most helpful salesmen we have ever encountered. He was very informed about the special features of the various types of furniture we were interested in. We told him what our budget was and he worked very closely to make sure we got something that we could be happy with. We recognize that with staff like Bill Green, retail outlets will earn the most sales possible. We also appreciated Sonny and Harry the delivery guys. They were friendly, patient, and careful as they moved our furniture through some very tight areas. This is the first time we have purchased furniture from your store, since your employees left us with such a positive experience we will shop at your furniture store the next time we are in the market for new furniture.
